SMS Terms
These terms cover the FrightCrawl text message program (the "SMS Program") operated by FrightCrawl, a program of 1000183181 Ontario Inc ("FrightCrawl", "we", "us"). By opting in to the SMS Program you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What we text you
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages about your bar crawl, which can include:
- Venue reveals and venue changes
- Start times, check-in windows and wristband pickup details
- Route and stop updates during the crawl, including line warnings
- Day-of reminders for events you have tickets to
- Occasional ticket offers and announcements for FrightCrawl events
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying a ticket.
2. How you opt in
You join the SMS Program by submitting your mobile number through an opt-in form on our website or crawl map pages, or by texting us first. We keep a record of your opt-in.
3. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Most messages arrive in the days around an event you are attending. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out.

4. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
5. Your number
You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, and that you will tell us if you give up that number. You must be of legal drinking age in your city to attend our events and use the SMS Program.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your opt-in data is never sold.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, with the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the SMS Program or our website.
