Two-Minute Fixes
No ticket confirmation email
Check spam and promotions folders first, then sign in to Eventbrite with the email you used at checkout and open Tickets. Your order and QR code live there even if the email never lands.
Lost your referral code email
Go to frightcrawl.com/referral and enter your purchase email. We send you a fresh sign-in link, no password needed.
Running late for wristband pickup
Send a friend to the first venue with your ticket QR code: they can collect your wristband for you. Wristbands are not handed out after the pickup window closes.
Day-of venue questions
Your city's live crawl map is the source of truth: check it the morning of the crawl and during the night. If a stop moves, the map knows first.
Stop or manage crawl texts
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Details in the SMS terms.
Email Us
Include these three things and you skip a whole back-and-forth:
- Your city and which night
- The name and email on the order
- What happened, in a sentence or two
